The cast of Veere Di Wedding has officially commenced prepping for the film. The movie is set to go on floors in September.
Recently, we came across a pic of Rhea, Sonam Kapoor, Kareena and Swara Bhaskar. The girls were seen reading the script over a cup of coffee and some snacks.
In a media statement for the movie, Veere Di Wedding, “There has never been a story of women, about four girls. It’s not about four sisters. It’s the story of four friends. It’s about wedding. It’s about my wedding in the film and my friends. It’s an original film. It’s an emotional bond between friends. It’s young and fresh. I have been talking about Veere Di Wedding since nine months as I have genuinely liked the film and I am quite excited to start it.”
The first schedule will start in Delhi and a major portion of the film will be shot there.
Helmed by Shashanka Ghosh, Veere Di Wedding is presented by Anil Kapoor Film Company and Balaji Motion Pictures Ltd, the film is slated to release sometime next year.
