Esha Deol is all set to embrace motherhood for the first time this year, with husband Bharat Takhtani. The actress had her baby shower recently and it was a thing that dreams are made of. Not just that, Esha and Bharat also took the nuptial vows again.
Yes, Esha turned a bride again and took three pheras with hubby Bharat which was part of the ritual, following the godh-bharai ceremony.
And now her sister Ahana hosted a surprise baby shower for her. The former actress had her mother Hema Malini by her side at the event.
As per a leading daily, the shower was planned by Ahana from the past one month secretly. It was a lavender themed party which was attended by the Deol sisters’ friends.
A source stated to the tabloid, “Ahana chose lavender as the theme since it is Esha’s favourite colour. Also, she felt that lavender would be a good choice since it’s a gender-neutral colour.”

The source further said more about the theme of the shower, “The ones who feel it’ll be a boy, wore blue and those rooting for a girl, wore pink.”
When Ahana was asked about this surprise party, she said, “Esha had thrown a surprise baby shower party for me, when I was pregnant three years ago. So, I decided to do the same for her. These are the fun moments that we share as sisters. Of course, Bharat helped a lot — he sneakily got me Esha’s measurements for the gown.”
The mom-to-be glowed in a lavender chiffon gown designed by longtime friend Rocky S. Talking about it, the designer said, “When Ahana asked me to design something for Esha’s baby shower, I was thrilled.”
Esha is currently in her third trimester and is due to deliver later this year.
Esha got married to businessman Bharat Takhtani in 2012 and now nearly after five years the actress is all set to be a mother for the first time.
