Imtiaz Ali’s daughter Ida Ali makes her directorial debut with short film!

Most celebrity kids wants to be an actor, but Imtiaz Ali’s 15-year-old daughter Ida Ali wants to follow her father’s footsteps.

Ida has written and directed a short film, titled Lift.

Imtiaz shared the short film late Tuesday on Facebook. “Title: Lift. Duration: 12 mins. Written & Directed by Ida Ali. Hope you like it,” he wrote.

In the film, Ida has shown various shades of human nature in her film. The entire film is shot inside a lift and that is where the love story originates, flourishes, withers and dies, and sparks again.
