Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar who is currently busy in the promotion of his upcoming film ‘Padman’ has another project in his kitty. The project that is on the cards is the joint production with Karan Johar, titled Kesari.
The film will be a period drama which will see him essay the role of Havaldar Ishwar Singh. The film will go on floors today itself.
But before starting the shoot, the actor shared his first look from the film and he looks perfect as Havildar Ishar Singh.

Donning a turban with a long beard, Akshay has done justice to his look.
A joint venture of Karan Johar and Akshay together, the movie speaks about the 1897 Battle of Saragarhi fought between the Sikh soldiers and Pashtun Orakzai.
The film will be directed by Anurag Singh. The film will release in 2019.
