Veteran Kannada actor Kashinath who was known for his double meaning dialogues in the Kannada film industry has been passes away on Thursday.
According to reports, the filmmaker was suffering from Cancer and was rushed to the Sri Shankara hospital two days ago and that’s where he breathed his last.
The actor hailed from Kundapur in Udupi district and is survived by his wife and two children.
The actor has worked in over 40 films so far and his last film Chowka released in 2017. Kashinath acted, produced and directed several well-known films that include Hendathi Endhare Haygirabeku, Anantana Avantara, Avale Nanna Hendthi and Anubhava.
He was also the one who gave youngsters like Upendra, Manohar, Sunil Kumar Desai, their big break.
