Death hoax of veteran actress Mumtaz spread like a wildfire, daughter posts a video to stop the rumours

Celebrity hoax death has been a trend for a long time on social media. Their are many celebrities who have been victims of this death hoax chain.


Now, the latest celebrity who joins the league is none another than veteran actress Mumtaz. Yes, The actress has become the latest victim of a death hoax.

However, her daughter Tanya Madhvani, has quashed all the rumours and said she is fit and healthy. Taking to her social media account, Tanya posted a video of Mumtaz stating that she is doing very well.

She captioned the video, “Personal message from my mother to her fans she wanted to reach out. #bollywood #mumtaz #actress #video #messagetofans”.

Tanya also posted latest pictures of Mumtaz, which she captioned: “My mother doing well… Enjoining Rome today… Happy and healthy.”

 

Later, Tanya too posted a video of herself clearing the airs about her mother’s death. She captioned it as “Rumor about my mother’s death ! Not true. #mumtaz #bollywood#press #actress #mumtazactress”

Apart from Mumtaz, various celebrities including Shweta Tiwari, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Honey Singh, Katrina Kaif, Amitabh Bachchan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Farida Jala and much more who were subjected to death hoaxes, and within no time such fake news is all over the social media which left the readers shocked.

Mumtaz is one of the famous actress of 60s and 70s. She starred in several hit films. There was a time when her presence in songs like Roop Tera Mastana ,Chup Gaye Saare NazaareKoi Sheri Babu among others made millions heart skip a beat.

Mumtaz married businessman Mayur Madhvani in 1974. Then the actress shifted her focus to her family and since then residing in London. They have two daughters Natasha and Tanya.
