Television actress Soni Singh who is known for her work in shows like Tumhari Disha and Naamkarann has accused a fan of misbehaving with her after approaching her on Facebook.
Not only this, the actress was also blackmailed by a man. He also sent obscene messages to her and also accused her of being a racist.
While talking to bollywoodlife, Soni said, “There is a guy named Martin, who approached me on Facebook. So I thought he is a fan and exchanged pleasantries with him. I talked to him a little. He used to ask, ‘How are you friend?’ and I would reply, “I am good, friend!”. Like how I usually talk to fans. After that, he started posting weird comments like “I kiss you in your mouth”. I was worried and thought what kind of comments are these. So, I blocked him,”.
But it didn’t stop and the man messaged her from a different ID, “Then, from another ID he messaged me saying weird things like you distinguish between people based on their colour,” she said.
She further revealed that the man in question accused her of making racist comments and that she blocked him again. He threatened to tell everyone that she discriminates against people. “Then he messaged me on Instagram and I blocked him there as well. I have blocked him every time. He is going to tell publicly that I discriminate people based on their colour and I would have no idea what he is talking about. I took the matter very lightly. If he is going to irritate me so much then I would have to take an action against him,” she added.
Soni has appeared in many television shows Tumhari Disha, Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann, Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya, Sumit Sambhal Lega and Naamkarann. She also participated in the eighth season of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss.
