The Mumbai Mirror report suggests that the rental agreement apparently had a 24-months lock-in period. Suryawanshi has claimed that she was falsely informed that Ranbir wants to move in to the premises and hence she’s required to vacate the flat, which was in contravention of the terms of the agreement. Suryawanshi has further alleged Ranbir of “maliciously” deceiving her to vacate the premises, despite the 24 month -lock-in period.

Well, Ranbir denied these allegations. In his reply, the actor stated that Suryavanshi vacated the flat on her own free will and that she defaulted on rent for 3 months before leaving which has been deducted from the deposit.

The case has been scheduled for August 28.
