Salman Khan no longer needs court permission from the court to travel abroad!

Here’s a big sigh of relief for bollywood actor Salman Khan as the actor will not be required to take permission from the court every time he travels abroad as a sessions court on Wednesday granted an application moved by him in this regard.

The sessions court is hearing the appeal against a five-year sentence to Khan in a poaching case. “We had moved an application seeking permanent exemption for Khan from taking permission of the court every time he has to travel abroad. The court allowed the application,” said the actor’s counsel Hastimal Saraswat.

“He will have to keep the court informed of any such plans before leaving the country like the dates, the location and the stay,” Saraswat added.

A similar application had been moved by the defence in the sessions court seeking modification in the bail condition order that Khan will have to take permission of the court every time he has to travel abroad.

“But that application was withdrawn by us and a fresh application moved, which was allowed by the court,” Saraswat said.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been convicted in the black buck poaching case of 1998. A Jodhpur court has sentenced Bollywood superstar to five-year jail term in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case, while other actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari have been acquitted.
