Aditya Pancholi booked for rape by Mumbai Police, read details

A rape case has been filed against actor-producer Aditya Pancholi in Mumbai’s Versova Police Station after a complaint was filed by a well-known actress.

The police has registered a case vide CR no 198/2019 U/s 376, 328, 384, 341, 342, 323, 506 IPC.

In her complaint, the actress said that she was raped on several occasions by Aditya Pancholi. She said she was in a forced relationship with Aditya Pancholi and that he used to harass her sexually as well as mentally.”

The complainant has alleged that Pancholi abused her when she was 17 years, but Aditya was apparently let off with just a warning.

Soon after the FIR was filed, Aditya said that he is being “falsely implicated in this case.”

“I am being falsely implicated in this case. I have all the evidence and video in this case. I am ready to cooperate with the Mumbai Police. If they will call me for my statement, then I will cooperate. I am ready for investigation. I knew that a case will be registered against me. I am not going anywhere. The police have not approached me after the FIR was registered,” Pancholi told ANI.
