The 20th edition of the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) was held on Wednesday night in Mumbai. Bollywood stars brought their fashion A-game to the green carpet of the 2019 International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA).
At the event, Salman Khan has announced that he will not be a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming project ‘Inshallah’.
While talking to reporters at the IIFA 2019, Khan said, “Currently, Inshallah is not being made. Inshallah will be made but at least not with me.”

At the event, Salman was accompanied by his ‘Dabangg 3’ co-star and daughter of Mahesh Manjrekar, Saiee.
Alia also told reporters at Wednesday’s IIFA 2019 awards that she was looking forward to working with both of them, but ‘things never really go as per plan’. She said, “I was very excited to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, of course very excited to work with Salman as well. I believe that sometimes things just happen and it’s not in your control. That way there’s a saying that if you want to make God laugh then tell him about your plans because plans never really go as per plan. But I can give it to you in writing that I am going to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali very soon.”

Earlier this year, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman had announced their film ‘Inshallah’. Salman was supposed to share the screen space with Alia Bhatt in this film. However just a few days before the film was supposed to go on the floors, Salman pulled out of the film.
Salman Khan will next be seen in Dabangg 3, which releases in December this year.
