Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta has recently filed a petition before a court opposing the `B Summary’ report filed by the police regarding her complaint of molestation against Nana Patekar.
The actor’s lawyer Nitin Satpute filed a petition demanding a contempt proceeding against the investigating officer before a metropolitan magistrate’s court in Andheri.

The petition demanded that the court initiate contempt proceeding against the investigating officer for filing a `false’ report, and a case should be registered against him by the Anti Corruption Bureau.
It also demanded narco-analysis of all the accused and the investigating officer. Tanushree also urged to hand over the investigation to the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police.
In September last year, Dutta had alleged that Patekar misbehaved with her on the sets of ‘Horn Ok Please’ in 2008 while shooting for a special dance number for the movie, and went on to file an FIR against the ‘Welcome’ star. However, Patekar refuted all allegations.
In July, Mumbai police had filed a B summary report in the case earlier. This means that the police could not find any evidence to support Tanushree’s claims in the case to file a charge sheet.
