Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh starrer 83 is one of the much-awaited films of the year. In the film, Ranveer will be seen playing the role former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev.
Ever since the actor started the shooting for the film, he has been treating his fans with intriguing pictures from the sets.
Today, the actor have released the first character poster of the movie. Taking to his Instagram handle, Ranveer shared the character poster of Tahir Bhasin as Sunil Gavaskar in the film.

He captioned the pic as, “TAHIR RAJ BHASIN as The Little Master SUNIL GAVASKAR”
In the poster, Tahir is seen dressed in cricket uniform, swinging his bat in an iconic Sunil Gavaskar style.
Apart from this, the actor also unveils the logo the film. Taking to his Instagram, Ranveer captioned the post, “It’s coming @83thefilm”.
83 is based on India’s historic win against West Indies at the 1983 world cup and Ranveer will be seen playing former Indian skipper Kapil Dev.

The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Saqib Saleem, and Chirag Patil. Deepika Padukone will play cricket legend Kapil Dev’s wife Romi Dev in the film.
Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie is slated to hit the screens on 10 April 2020.
