Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli donates undisclosed amount to PM-CARES fund

Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter to announce the PM-CARES Fund where people can donate an amount and help the citizens and several bollywood celebs came forward and donates money.

Now actress Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband Virat Kohli have pledged their support to the Coronavirus relief fund.

Anushka took to Instagram on Monday morning and shared the official statement on her and Virat’s behalf. The statement read, “Virat and I are pledging our support towards PM-CARES Fund & the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (Mahasrashtra). Our hearts are breaking looking at the suffering of so many & we hope our contribution, in some way, helps easing the pain of our fellow citizens #IndiaFightsCorona”
