A day after musician-singer Wajid Khan of duo Sajid-Wajid passes away, Wajid has been tested positive for coronavirus.

The report has suggested that Razina, who was at Surana Sethia hospital to take care of his ailing son, had contracted COVID-19 before the late musician was found to be infected with the virus. She is undergoing treatment at the same hospital in Mumbai.

As per an ABP News report, Razina’s health condition is better now. “She stayed in Surana Sethia hospital to take care of her ailing son. However, she contracted COVID-19 after she came in contact with other coronavirus patients at the hospital,” the report said.

The musician Wajid of the Sajid-Wajid fame passed away during wee hours on Monday at the age of 42. His brother Sajid Khan confirmed that he died of cardiac arrest and even said that he had tested positive for COVID -19.

A source close to the musician revealed, “He had coronavirus. When you already have heart and kidney issues, your immunity is low. His situation worsened in the last few days.”
