Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are all set to star in the upcoming film Coolie No 1. The film was supposed to hit theatres on May 1. However, the flick couldn’t release on its scheduled date as the cinema halls were closed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Amid all this, Varun Dhawan recently shared the poster on social media, giving a COVID-19 twist to it.
In the poster, Varun can be seen sporting a mask while donning Coolie’s avatar.

“The call will be taken only after the situation gets back to normal. Maybe June, July or even later, depending on when the scare subsides. The producers of all the big films will come together to chalk out a release calendar for the second half of 2020,” a source close to the film was quoted as saying by Mumbai Mirror.
The film is a remake of the 1995 blockbuster of the same name. It starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in lead roles.
