CB appeared to be neck-deep in busting the nexus of the alleged drug of Bollywood. Apart from Deepika, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor were also summoned. Deepika Padukone was in Goa when she received a call from NCB, and she had to fly down for the probe.
Deepika Padukone Resumes Shoot in Goa For Shakun Batra’s Film Days After NCB Questioning
As per the reports, the actress has now resumed the shooting of Shakun Batra’s upcoming film that also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday. One of the sources revealed that Deepika was in good spirit when she joined the unit last Thursday. Since there had been a 10-day-plus break, Shakun wanted her to ease into the process. She shot a light-hearted scene with Siddhant and Ananya.” Reportedly, the film is about four friends who go on a road trip.
