6. Biopic on Murlikant Petkar
An army man who later went on to become a sportsman, Petkar won a Gold medal in 1970 at the Commonwealth games and in 1972, he became a Paralympic Gold medallist in Germany. Petkar is an inspirational personality, who inspite of being physically disabled set a world record in the 50m freestyle swimming and also participated in javelin, precision javelin throw and slalom events. Sushant Singh Rajput who is being awarded for his iconic portrayal of M.S Dhoni, is all set to star in this biopic and he has also claimed in a statement that he’s extremely eager to work on this project.

7. Biopic on Dara Singh
Mahrukh Asad Mirza, who wrote films like Amitabh Bachchan-starrer ‘Kasme Vaade‘, has written the script for the biopic of the latelegendary wrestler and actor Dara Singh. There were lot of names thrown around, from Sangram Singh to Sonu Sood to John Abraham to Akshay Kumar for the biopic.
