Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra who recently returned to LA to resume shooting for “Quantico season 2″, met with a major accident last night.
Yes!! The “Baywatch” beauty was hospitalized after experiencing a minor injury on the set of her hit ABC show “Quantico” late Thursday night. The actress reportedly slipped and fell on her head while performing a stunt, and suffered a concussion, said a source.
Priyanka’s spokesperson too has released an official statement confirming the mishap. “Yes, I can confirm there was a minor incident last night on set. Priyanka was immediately taken to the hospital, examined by a doctor and released. o work after the weekend.”, reads the statement.

The energetic star has previously spoken about her desire to do her own stunts and said that her attitude is all about being “mind over matter”.
Speaking to Women’s Health, she said: “I have to stay super active and agile because I do my own stunts. I do all my fights myself. I trust my body and my instincts.”
She continued: “People always say you should listen to your body. But I don’t listen to my body.
“My body listens to me. I can’t afford to be sick or low on energy. It’s mind over matter. I’m going to have a good day, and not in that fake ‘Happy girls are the best girls way!’ way. Identify the weaknesses, shut them in a box, find your strengths, and run with them.”
On the work front, apart from “Quantico season 2′, Priyanka is also looking forward to her much awaited Hollywood debut, “Baywatch” opposite Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron.
