Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam starrer ‘Kaabil’ and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ have finally been released. Both the movies doing great on box office.
Over the last few months, a lot has been said and written about the biggest clash of the year. However, the box-office clash hasn’t affected the warm equation between Shah Rukh and Hrithik.
Before the film hit theatres on Wednesday morning, Hrithik, who has always considered SRK as his mentor, dedicated a heart-warming message to the ‘Fan’ actor on Twitter. He wrote, “Dear @iamsrk today as a mentor Im sure u will inspire me yet again with #Raaes and as a student I hope you are proud of me with #Kaabil.”

Gracious as always, Shah Rukh replied with a tweet that read, “@iHrithik wish could have avoided overlap of releases. That said…my love to u & @yamigautam dad & @_SanjayGupta. Kaabil wil b awesome.”

Speaking about the clash, Hrithik had said earlier as well, “Business should be on one side and friendship on the other side. “Raees” and “Kaabil” can clash but the friendship shouldn’t clash. So we have to have that understanding. They have to do the best for their film and we have to do what is best for our film. And the friendship stays.”
It’s nice to see that the two stars have retained their deep friendship, the box-office clash notwithstanding. This takes us back to the ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ days where the duo played on-screen brothers and shared amazing camaraderie.
