The Harry Potter films have ended but how has the stars’ style changed over time? From Neville Longbottom to Ron Weasley, the characters remain fixed in our minds. But as stars Matthew Lewis and Rupert Grint show, things have really changed in the real world. Here’s a look at how the Harry Potter cast appeared back then, and what they’re up to now.
1. Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter)
Daniel was just 11 years old when he was cast in the role that would change his life forever. Since Harry Potter ended (does it ever truly end?) he’s starred in plays and a number of Hollywood films, including The Woman in Black and Horns. Daniel now lives in Lower Manhattan in New York with girlfriend Erin Darke, also an actress.

2. Emma Watson (Hermione Granger)
Emma Watson rose to fame playing the bookish Hermione Granger in all eight of the Harry Potter films. Outside of the Potter films, the actress remained busy; between attending Brown University and appearing in Burberry campaigns, she designed a clothing collection in collaboration with fair-trade brand People Tree. All eyes were on Watson after she gave her signature waves a chic pixie crop in August 2010. Emma also considers herself a feminist and has become a well-known campaigner for women’s rights, a reputation sparked by her now infamous ‘HeforShe’ speech at the UN in 2014.
