Shreyas Talpade in Panic because two unidentified men knocked their door at mid-night

Recently, a shocking incident happen to bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade’s family when two unidentified men barged into posh society of Lokhandwala, Andheri and started enquiring about Muslim families residing there.

Residents of Godrej Waldorf building are in the panic and had filed a report with Mumbai Police.

The ground-plus-16 storey tower has 18 families residing for nine years now. Celebrities like Shreyas Talpade and Nagesh Kukunoor are also among the building’s residents.

According to the building’s managing committee, On Friday, two young men aged between 25 to 30 entered the building with a backpack at around 12 pm. Hiding their face they went to the second floor and rang the doorbell of building chairman. They started inquiring about any Muslim family residing in the building. Both repeated the act on the 15th floor of building knocking the door of actor Shreyas Talpade. As the actor couple was not at home, the doorbell was answered by their maid.

After observing their activity very suspicious, the building chairman alerted the security and building residents. They immediately called the Mumbai police control room. But, by the time the police reached the building, the men had left.

According to building security guard, “Both entered the building without disclosing their identity nor making an entry in the register”

“A complaint from the society has been received and we are looking at the CCTV footage too. A special team has been formed to investigate on all possible angles,” said Subash Khanvikar, senior police inspector from Oshiwara police station.
