Anushka Shetty is the most expensive actress in South. She gets a huge payment of Rs 5 crores for the movie “Rudhrama devi” of the director Gunasekhar. The fees which she received for this movie was the highest ever for a South Indian heroine.
Due to her so much popularity in South Indian Film Industry, she receives numerous film offers from Bollywood but she rejected. Despite of being a big star and popular in film industry, she didn’t do any commercial advertisement.
She reached the summit of her career when she starred in Rajamouli’s 120-crore (US$18 million) blockbuster ‘Bahubali: The Beginning’. In the film Anushka played the role of Prabhas mother, Maharani Devasena.
