Popular TV actress Urvashi Dholakia who is best known for playing the villainous roles, as of Komolika Basu, in the STAR Plus’ daily soap “Kasautii Zindagii Kay” is once again coming back to TV.
This time she is expected to set TV screens on fire with her varied skills as queen Iravati.
The 37-year-old actress, and single mother of twins Kshitij and Sagar, will be seen in Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming show Chandrakanta. Urvashi will be seen embodying the character of a fearless and ambitious queen named Iravati.

To get into the skin of the character, she went the extra mile and underwent extensive training in horse riding.
The Bigg Boss Season 6 winner who was spotted during one such training session said, “It was quite a thrilling experience to learn horse riding for the role. Initially, I was scared since I had never mounted a horse, but gradually my fear vanished.”
“Chandrakanta” features ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ actress Madhurima Tuli in the lead role. The show will also be a comeback for actress Shilpa Agnihotri who has in the past worked in daily soaps like “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi”, “Kkusum”. Shilpa has been roped in to play the mother of Chandrakanta.
