A celebrity dance show suddenly turned in to a celebrity fitness show, when yoga guru Baba Ramdev appeared on sets of ‘Nach Baliye 8. The makers added a surprise element to the show after roping in Patanjali founder Baba Ramdev as its celebrity guest on the show.
Not just the contestants, but even the judges – Sonakshi Sinha, Mohit Suri and Terence Lewis and hosts Karan Tacker and Upasana Singh, were seen trying out some of the unique asanas taught by controversial public figure, Baba Ramdev.

Ramdev was the celebrity guest on the popular dance reality show “Nach Baliye” along with judges Sonakshi Sinha, Mohit Suri and Terence Lewis.
Hate him, love him or ignore him but you can’t deny the fact that Baba Ramdev is one of the most popular people in India.
Baba Ramdev did what he does the best-taught everyone Yoga and what followed was series of Yoga sessions for Sonakshi Sinha and others from Team Nach Baliye.
He also made the judges Sonakshi Sinha, Mohit Suri and Terence Lewis do some yoga on the sets which left everyone in splits.

Contestant Ashka Garodia’s boyfriend Brent Gable was one of the few contestants who managed to get close to what Baba Ramdev performed on stage with a head stand.
Brent Goble impressed Babaji with his Yoga. Look at the way he is doing Shirsasan (standing on one’s head) and you would be amazed.
Karan Tacker, the host of Nach Baliye, has become Baba’s fan for life.

The participants of Nach Baliye 8 had fun with the Yogi, who was quite entertaining. He added a more fun twist to the ancient Indian practice, and encouraged the participants, as well as viewers, to indulge more in this healthy lifestyle.
