South superstar Junior NTR (Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Jr.) turn 34 today. Born in Hyderabad in 1983, junior NTR is the grandson of Telugu actor and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. T. Rama Rao.
He has done his schooling from Vidyaranya High school and completed intermediate from St.Mary’s College, Hyderabad. At an early age he has learned classical dance form Kuchipudi. During his school days, he has won many awards for his dance performance both in India and Abroad.
Given that he hails from one of the most powerful and celebrated families in the Telugu film industry, signing his first film was a piece of cake for him. But, establishing himself as a successful lead actor was not. Jr NTR had to struggle a lot before he could find his feet in the industry as a lead actor.
Jr.NTR has started his career at the age of 8 with 1991 movie “Brahmarshi Viswamithra”. Since then, he has acted in several movies. His first movie as lead is Ninnu Choodalani. His 2003 movie “Simhadri” went on to become an industry hit. In year 2010 he appeared in two movies “Adhurs” and “Brindavanam”, which were hit at the box office.
Child Marriage Restraint Act against Junior NTR…
In 2010 Vijaywada’s lawyer Singhuluri Shanti Prasad filed a case against Junior NTR under the Child Marriage Act. The lawyer said that he is married to Narne Lakshmi Pranathi, daughter of a real estate businessman Narne Srinivas Rao, who is only 17 years old.
