Bollywood actress Bhumika Chawla who made her bollywood debut from the movie ‘Tere Naam’ alongside Salman Khan. The film was one of the year’s highest grossers. It was a critical success and her performance in the film won her many positive notices as well as several nominations for Best Debut at different award ceremonies.
But, if we talk about her personal life. Actually, in 2007 it was a sudden news that was started rolling that the actress gets married. The shocking thing was that she got married to Yoga teacher Bharat Thakur, who belongs to non-filmy background.
Bhumika learns yoga from Bharat. She went regularly to Thakur’s courses and is said to have dated him for four years, before eventually marrying him.

The couple got married on 21 October 2007 at Devlali, Nashik in a Gurdwara and are a proud parents of a son, who was born on February 2014.
After coming to Mumbai, gradually she got an opportunity to work in the Ads and Hindi Music album. The actress has appeared in many products ads like Fair and Lovely, Dabur Lal Tel etc. She also got the chance to appear in singers’ Adnan Sami and Udit Narayan’s album.
