Arjun Kapoor might be one of the most desirable hunks in Bollywood now, but this actor was once a chubby teenager. The actor is currently gearing up for upcoming film “Mubarakan” also staring Athiya Shetty and Ileana D’Cruz in the lead role.
Arjun is playing double role in the Anees Bazmee film which also stars his uncle Anil Kapoor.
Arjun recently revealed a hilarious thing that once happened to him in his younger days. While in his early 20s, Arjun did not own a car and would often borrow his father Boney Kapoor’s fancy car to go to nightclubs with his buddies, as stags had a better chance of gaining entry, if they arrived in a fancy car.

The actor reportedly stated that, when this took place a couple of times, his father asked him if he had a girlfriend. But Arjun told his dad that he didn’t have a girlfriend, and was hanging out with three-four friends at clubs. A worried Boney Kapoor then gently enquired if his son was straight.
Arjun who was then shell shocked by this unexpected question, now couldn’t control his laughter while remembering it.
While rumours of his affair with Athiya have been doing the rounds now, he was reportedly in relationship with Sonakshi Sinha and Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan earlier. There was another scandalous buzz suggesting that he had an affair with Arbaaz Khan’s ex-wife Malaika Arora.
On the professional front Arjun who had last featured in “Half Girlfriend” along with Shraddha Kapoor, will next be seen in “Mubarakan”. The film is a romantic comedy and is slated to be released on July 28.
