After being expelled from CINTAA, Alok Nath has now landed in a fresh trouble. Yes, Mumbai Police have registered a first information report (FIR) against Alok Nath after writer-producer Vinta Nanda accused the actor of allegedly raping her.
Nath has been booked for rape under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) after recording Vinta’s statement.
ANI tweeted, “Mumbai Police Additional CP Manoj Sharma says ‘Oshiwara Police has registered an FIR against Alok Nath under section 376 of IPC (rape) on the complaint filed by Writer Vinta Nanda.'”

The actor has been accused of rape by Senior TV writer-producer, Vinta Nanda. The veteran writer-producer has accused actor Alok Nath of raping her 19 years ago.
In October, Vinta Nanda narrated her horrifying ordeal in a Facebook post. She was the writer and producer of teleserial ‘Tara’ in the 90s, in which Nath played a lead role.
Meanwhile, the actor has also expelled by CINTAA.
