Director Anurag Basu, who is currently co-judging ‘Super Dancer Chapter 3’ along with Shilpa Shetty and Geeta Kapur, loves playing pranks on his co-judges.
Recently, Anurag Basu played a prank which left Shilpa Shetty’s mother Sunanda Shetty in a state of shock.
Yes, it all happened on the sets of Super Dancer 3 when, Anurag Basu caught hold of Shilpa’s phone and texted her mother that she had a huge fight with Raj and hence decided to get divorce from him. Shilpa was unaware about the whole prank all this while.

The report adds that while Shilpa remained unaware of the prank, her co-judge Geeta Kapoor told her about Anurag Basu’s prank.
Shilpa then snatched her phone back from Anurag and asked her mother to not “panic” and explained the situation.

“No need to panic Maa. Everything is fine. Anurag dada sent that message from my phone. Don’t ever believe if you get any messages that I am pregnant or separating till I myself come and tell you”, the actress told her mother.

Well this is not the first time, when Anurag Basu played a prank on Shilpa. Earlier, he had managed to make Shilpa’s sister Shamita Shetty believe that Shilpa was apparently pregnant with her second child.
Shilpa got married to business tycoon Raj in 2009, and the two have a son named Viaan.
