One of the most loved couple Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya are celebrating their 3rd marriage anniversary today. But, this time, the celebration is unique.
Yes, the couple celebrated their anniversary in hospital as Vivek is currently hospitalized after he was diagnosed with an intestinal infection and liver abyssright after he returned with wife Divyanka from Macau.
Divyanka Tripathi took to her social media account and posted few pictures from their anniversary celebration in hospital.

Divayanka and Vivek got married on July 8, 2016 in the former’s hometown, Bhopal. They first met and fell in love on the sets of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.
