Ex-Bigg Boss contestant and Fashion designer Rohit Verma has recently lodged a complaint against an event organizers for misusing his name.
The fashion designer approached the Santacruz policeon Monday and submitted an application alleging that two individuals were fraudulently collecting money from people in his name.
Mr. Verma said the duo allegedly asked interested models to pay ₹2,000 if they wanted to appear for the auditions, which would be held on September 15.
The designer says he was not booked for any show or have any knowledge of this event. “It is disgusting, that someone is misusing my name for their personal benefit. First of all, I was never booked for any show, secondly, I have my own guestlist for my show, I never charge for registration or entry. To resolve the issue I spoke to the team of the event but they refused to resolve the issue which is why I had to lodge a complaint against them” says Rohit Verma.
