Diljit Dosanjh responds to trolls after a girl was brutally trolled for crying at the concert
Diljit Dosanjh Indian singer and actor, known for his contribution to Punjabi and Hindi music industry as well as cinema. The actor singer recently addressed social media trolls who mocked a girl for getting emotional during his Jaipur tour. Diljit, who is currently on his global Dil-Luminati tour, stood up for his fans, showcasing his heartfelt connection with them.
Earlier this month while he was on his Jaipur concert, a video surfaced on social media where a female fans overcome with the emotions and stared crying as they watched the star singing. The videos went viral and people started trolling and ridiculed the fans for crying at the concert.
Addressing the issue
Recently at the Hyderabad concert, the actor-singer addressed the issue and responded directly to trolls. He said that Music evokes the emotions and that crying is natural and valid response.
“It’s okay; it’s okay to cry. Music is an emotion; it has a smile, it has a dance, it fights, it has a fall, it cries. I have also cried a lot listening to music. Only those who have emotions can cry. I got you, I got you, don’t you worry about that. These girls—no one can stop them. They are independent; not only men but women earn, too. They earn and can enjoy themselves”
He also added,
“Inna da apmaan karrahe ho, tussi desh di beti da apmaan karrae ho, main tenu das diya gal (You are insulting her, you are insulting the daughter of the country, I’m telling you)”
