The fallout between B-town’s old BFF Karan Johar and Kajol’s friendship made headlines last year and now it seems there is not a single scope of reconciliation.
Karan and Kajol have tragically ended their 25 years of friendship. What’s even worse is the fact how a brutally honest Karan even decided to rant about this fallout through his book titled ‘An Unsuitable Boy’.
The director has now spoken about the fall-out again in an interview with a news channel. He recalled an incident when Ajay Devgn called him prior to the release of Shivaay and said some really nasty stuff.

“He (Ajay) called me and shouted at me and said some really nasty things because he heard at a party that I said some things about his wife. I just felt that hearsay cannot be the reason for anyone to pick up the phone and say unsavoury things to anyone else. You have to give me the chance to defend myself,” said Karan Johar.
The filmmaker said and added that he would forgotten that incident as well but later Kajol supporting her husband during the KRK controversy was the final nail in the coffin.
Johar further said that he felt Kajol should have stopped her husband from accusing him of bribing Kamal R Khan to sabotage Shivaay.
“He put out a statement saying there should be an investigation and she re-tweeted it saying ‘SHOCKING’. And that was it. I felt she should have not allowed her husband to say such things about me and even if he had, she shouldn’t have endorsed and thirdly she should have picked up the phone and called me and said sorry for that entire situation. I did like to say and I stand by it is that this is not a phase, a feeling that will change. No matter what, she’s out of my life.”
Such was Karan Johar’s affection and belief in Kajol’s talent that he cast her in all his films except “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”. But looks like there is no going back now.
