Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Sarkar 3’, that had already created a buzz with its powerful trailer, seems to have run into some trouble.

The Ram Gopal Varma directed movie which was supposed to be released on April 7 has now been postponed to May 12 due to some delay in post-production work.

The film’s production house, now announced on Twitter that RGV’s upcoming movie Sarkar 3 release date has been postponed again.

The tweet reads, “@ErosNow We, at Eros along with @SrBachchan, @RGVzoomin and Wave took a mutual decision to postpone the release of Sarkar 3 to 12th May 2017.”

This is the third time that the film’s release date has been postponed. It was first slated to release on March 17 and later postponed to for an April 7 release.

‘Sarkar 3’ which is set in the backdrop of the world of Indian politics would see, Amitabh Bachchan reprising the role of Subhash Nagre for the third time. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Manoj Bajpayee and Yami Gautam in prominent roles.

The film will now clash with Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra starrer ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’.
