The new poster of ‘Half Girlfriend’, starring Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role is out today.
The film directed by Mohit Suri is an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s best selling novel by the same name sets out to explore the ‘in-between’ space in relationships today. For the first time, Arjun and Shraddha star opposite each other in this intense-musical romance.
By sharing the second poster the film, Shraddha has finally announced that the trailer will be out ‘very very soon.’ She took to Twitter to share the news, along with a poster of the film.

The poster shows Shraddha walking ahead, looking a little upset while Arjun is behind her, lending his hands towards her. The moment has been captured in the rain.
The poster also reveals that the movie trailer is going to release on April 10.

Just a few days ago, the first look of Half Girlfriend hit the internet. It featured Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor holding hands soaking in the rain like Bollywood lovers are wont to.

Arjun and Shraddha essay the role of basketball players in the film and were required to get trained in the sport to perfection.
The film is based on Chetan’s namesake novel. This will be the second time Arjun will be a part of an adaptation based on Bhagat’s book. In 2014, he was seen in the film ‘2 States’ an adaptation of the book ‘2 States: The Story of My Marriage’.
Directed by Mohit Suri, “Half Girlfriend” is all set to release on May 19 this year.
