45 year old actress Tabu is still active in bollywood, but her elder sister Farah Naaz has been away from films for 12 years. She was a popular name in the late 1980s and 1990s. She made her debut in 1985 with late legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra’s Faasle.

On Monday, Rishi Kapoor who was his co-star in ‘Naseeb Apna Apna’ shared a photograph of Farah on Twitter and wrote: “One of the prettiest heroines and a wonderful actor Farah Naaz, elder sister of Tabu. Eccentric, would have been big if she was professional.”

Now, we really don’t know what he means by this as he has not explained why he thinks she was unprofessional.

Farah attained success at an early age of seventeen after she was pursued by Yash Chopra and Dev Anand to join films. She is Shabana Azmi’s niece. Not many know that she married and later divorced Vindhu Dara Singh. She later settled down with Sumeet Saigal and bid a farewell to showbiz.

Rishi and Farah worked together in films like Naqab, Naseeb Apna Apna and Ghar Ghar Ki Kahani. She was last seen on screen in the 2005 film Shikhar.
