The worst food experience of a man named Vishva Aditya hails from Hyderabad is going viral on social media. The viral social media post shares how the man lived in Amberpet’s DD Colony and had ordered chicken biryani from the well-known Bawarchi Hotel through the Zomato food delivery service.

After issue started circulating all over the internet, Zomato took the matter seriously and responded promptly, Taking immediate steps to address the matter with the affected family. Zomato took to iys comment section and wrote:
