Pulwama attack: AICWA ask Sushma Swaraj for visa cancellation & deportation of Pakistani artistes

The All Indian Cine Workers Association recently writes a letter to the Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj and ask to cancel and deported visas of Pakistani artistes following Pulwama terror attack.

In the letter, AICWA said that they strongly condemn the attack and express their deepest condolences to the families of the slain soldiers.

Stating that they stand united, AICWA wrote that the attack was a “cowardly, shameful and most disgraceful act of Pakistan.”

The letter elaborated, “All Indian Cine Workers Association request smt Sushma swaraj ji and our hon prime minister to kindly cancelled visas of Pakistani artists and deport them to Pakistan with immediate effect.”

“There is an end point now to stop Pakistanis to earn commercial remuneration Indians by injuncting them from performing in our Nation. Our brave hearts have lost their lives for us and should we get all the entertainment of performance by artist of Pakistan in our Nation? Absolutely no. It must end now,” the letter stated.

On 14 February 2019, a convoy of vehicles carrying security personnel on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway was attacked by a vehicle-bound suicide bomber in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The attack resulted in the death of 46 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel.

Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-E-Mohammed claimed the responsibility of the ghastly attack.

The responsibility for the attack was claimed by the Pakistan-based Islamist militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed.

While the nation is in shock and deeply saddened with the loss of the lives of the jawans and prays for the others injured, the celebrities from TV & Film industry also took to social media to express their grief over the incident.
