Despite having a severe pain, Ajay has decided to continue with his work commitments.

A source from the set told DNA, “Ajay has a Tennis Elbow or Lateral Epicondylitis as it is called. And he is in so much pain, he can’t even lift his hand to pick up a cup of coffee. The actor has been experiencing pain in his heel, too. However, he has to finish the schedule because the producers (Ankur Garg and Luv Ranjan) have a set standing and they also have a combination of dates of Jimmy Sheirgill, Rakul and Tabu that they cannot afford to waste.”

Ajay has been struggling hard with the condition and was even advised by Anil Kapoor on the sets of ‘Total Dhamaal’ to fly to Germany to get it fixed. Co-incidentally, Anil too had faced a similar problem few weeks ago, and hence he decided to advise the same treatment to Ajay Devgn too. But, Ajay continues to maintain his stand for the shoot.

What is Tennis Elbow?

Tennis elbow is a condition in which the forearm muscles and tendons are affected. This leads to pain and tenderness on the outside of the elbow. It usually develops over a period of time. Repetitive motions — like gripping a racket during a swing — can strain the muscles and put too much stress on the tendons. That constant tugging can eventually cause microscopic tears in the tissue.

Well, we wish the actor for speedy recovery!
