Ajay Devgn reveals about his biggest Hichki: People thought I was not hero material

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has become one of the most sought after actors in B-town and has proved this every single time.

The actor has earned a huge fan following. But his journey to stardom has been full of hichkis!

The actor recently opens up about his hichki of sorts during his initial days in the industry. The actor reveals about his hichki to Rani Mukherjee.

Talking to Rani, Ajay revealed, “When I had started out in the industry, there was this huge buzz that he is a very ordinary looking guy and he won’t make it. He won’t become a hero. I used to hear all of that, and it felt like a Hichki. But finally I didn’t listen to any of that and went ahead (with my acting).”

“So, the best part was that – don’t bother about the hichki but make it your inspiration,” added the actor.

Hichki will mark Rani Mukherji’s return to cinema after three years. She plays the role of Naina Mathur who has a nervous system disorder, Tourette Syndrome that forces an individual to make involuntary repetitive movements or sounds.

Directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, Hichki is slated to release on March 23, 2018.
