After “Jolly LLB 2” Akshay Kumar and wife Twinkle Khanna would be coming together for a movie titled “PadMan”. Twinkle will be producing the film and it is based on a real-life story of a social entrepreneur who invented the low-cost sanitary pad making machine.
The film is based on the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who is the inventor of a low-cost sanitary pad making machine and has helped spread awareness about traditional unhygienic practices around menstruation in rural India.
