Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt turns 26 today and amid the many wishes pouring in on social media, Karan Johar released a new poster of Alia on social media.
In the poster, Alia looks breathtakingly beautiful. She looks right in the camera with hopeful eyes. The actress will play the role of Roop in the film.

Alongside Alia Bhatt, Kalank also stars Varun Dhawan, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Kalank is a period flick set in the 1940s and is back by Karan Johar under his home banner Dharma Productions. The idea of Kalank was conceptualised by Karan’s late father Yash Johar 15 years back and it was revealed by him a few days back. The film is set against the backdrop of India’s partition.
Directed by Abhishek Varman, the film will release on April 17, 2019.
