Television actor Anas Rashid who remembered for his role as Sooraj Rathi from the superhit Star Plus show, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ has become a proud father of a baby girl. The couple named her Aayat.
Anas’ wife Heena Iqbal gave birth to baby girl on February 11, last year. Since then, the couple are in a happy space and enjoying their new phase of life.
As Aayat turns one, the couple hosted a grand birthday bash.

Anas took to his social media account today (February 12) and shared a video from Aayat’s birthday bash. In the video, Anas & Heena are beaming with joy as they are seen cutting the cake with birthday girl Aayat. Posting the video on Instagram, Anas wrote, “Aayat is one year old now⭐️…Huge love,blessing and prayers, made this day fortunate, special … it’s from all over … God is so Great & merciful”

Anas Rashid tied the knot to Heena Iqbalin in September 2017. It was a traditional Muslim wedding.
It was an arranged match by Anas’ parents. Heena worked in a corporate office in Chandigarh. The lady is 14 years younger to Anas.

On the professional front, Anas Rashid made his TV debut with Ekta Kapoor’s hit show ‘Kahiin Toh Hoga’. He rose to fame with his first lead role in ‘Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan’ and became a household name after ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’. He was last seen in a cameo in ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ sequel ‘Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh, Piyaji’.
