Bigg Boss 11 fame Arshi Khan joins Congress

After Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde, now her friend-cum-enemy from the show, Arshi Khan joined Congress. She has joined Congress as the Vice President of Maharashtra.

At an event held in Mumbai on February 28, the actress was welcomed into the party by few members of Congress.

While talking to the TimesofIndia.com, the actress said that it is important to work for the nation and give in their best.

She also spoke about the current tension between India and Pakistan. The actress expressed her views on how the tension between the countries is creating a panic situation.

Arshi rose to fame after her participation in the reality series Bigg Boss 11. Prior to Bigg Boss, Arshi was known for her controversial life.

She hit the headline when she claimed to be in a relationship with Shahid Afridi. She addressed him as ‘mehboob’ inside the BB house.
