Patiala Babes actress Ashnoor Kaur scores 93% in CBSE 10th class results

Television actress Ashnoor Kaur who is currently seen as  Minnie Khurana in popular show Patiala Babes has scored 93% in CBSE 10th class results. And , the girl is on cloud nine post the announcement of the results.

While talking to Times Of India, Ashnoor said, “I was expecting 90% but when I got to know that I have scored 93%,so it was like an icing on the cake. I was very nervous but when I saw my result, I shouted at the top of my voice with excitement. My mother who was also there with me had tears in her eyes and since then everyone on sets has been congratulating me.”

She says that though it was difficult to manage studies and her show, but since she has been passionate about the two, that is why she could do it. “I have always been passionate about my studies as well as acting. I know if I join acting as a full-fledged career in future, then it will take place only after I complete my education. It was hectic to manage and remember dialogues with my studies but I would always study in my make-up room and would also wake-up early around 5.30am before leaving for sets and study. My teachers had also told me that I can take extra classes from them and clear my doubts if I have any, so I have the support of my school, parents and production team of my show for my studies.”

So I scored 93% in my 10th boards!💪🏻 . Yes it was tough, managing my shoot as well as my studies, because I am equally passionate about both! I had promised myself to score above 90% and I did! People have the stereotype that child actors won’t be good at studies, and I wanted to break this stereotype!! When everyone had a full month study leave in Feb, I was shooting the entire month, when everyone had 5-7 days before one exam, I had a mere 2-3 days… Shooting for 12 hours with heavy scenes, studying while travelling the car, going back home and studying till 1:30am(sometimes even 2:30am) and getting up next morning again around 5:30am, study, get ready and leave for shoot… Also studying on sets, between shots.. And that’s how MY HARDWORK DID PAY OFF! When asked what stream she would take in her class 11^th, the 15-year-old actress said that she would opt for Commerce.

‘’I am going to take Commerce. It is a stream which has many avenues so I am planning to opt for Commerce now,” she told TOI.
