The 20 yr old girl from Bihar left everyone in shock inside the house when she entered the smoking room. In an unseen moment that wasn’t telecast, Jyoti along with Shilpa Shinde and Arshi Khan was seen inside smoking room.
This triggered a debate among the housemates sitting right outside in the garden area.
While many including Priyank Sharma stood by Jyoti saying why should there be a problem in Jyoti smoking. While, Hina Khan had a different opinion.
Hina spoke about Jyoti in a very judgemental tone. Even as Hina later clarified that she wasn’t judging Jyoti for smoking, it looked unconvincing. Moreover, Hina added that she was kind of unhappy that Jyoti couldn’t say ‘I Love You’ to a friend.

Just on the previous night, when Akash Anil Dadlani had flirtatiously said “I love you” to Jyoti, she was offended by it and called him “bhai”.
Jyoti belongs to a modest family background as her father is a peon. She was among the 4 commoners who participated in this season.
