Cricket Legend Sachin Tendulkar turned 44 today. The right-handed batsman was born in Mumbai on April 24, 1973 is considered as God of Cricket. The country’s best-loved cricketer became a household name worldwide through his 24 spectacular years on the field.

It’s been four years since the little master’s epic journey on the field ended. And while, the days of watching the five-and-a-half feet tall cricketer tower over anything and everything on the field may have ended, his legacy lives on.

As this legend turns 44 today, here’s looking at some of the unbelievable records of Sachin Tendulkar which nobody can break:

1. Most International runs

He is the highest run scorer in ODI and Test cricket. He has scored 18426 + 15921 = 34347 runs. He is the first man to score a double century in ODIs.

2. Most Number of Centuries

No one has ever thought that it would be possible to score 100 centuries in Cricket. But Sachin did the impossible. He has scored 80 centuries in first-class cricket and another 60 centuries in list A games.
