The actress is yet to be discharged from the hospital. Well now, the actress reveals that she is facing hard time post delivery.

The actress states in her Instagram post that she has even gone deaf in one ear due to the spinal tap post delivery which is a rare medical condition. She further added that her feet are so swollen that even flip flops don’t fit and getting up to go the loo takes 15 minutes.

The actress shared her picture from the hospital and wrote, “My feet are so swollen that even flip flops don’t fit. So is the rest of my body. My head hurts like it’ll explode, due to the spinal tap. I’ve gone deaf in one ear, also an extremely rare side effect of the spinal tap. I’m supposed to drink 5 litres of water, and getting up to go the loo takes 15 minutes. Lying down is the only position that gives me comfort, sometimes I even eat in that position. But right now, at 1am, I’m doing some office work, when the baby sleeps and there’s some peace, because @shittyideastrending ‘s new Web-series #BinBulayeMehmaan had to be launched today.
I know this will pass. This pain will be forgotten. But will the pain that I endured on my soul during the birth be ever forgotten?
Sharing my birth story soon, when I feel ready. 🙏”

While talking to TOI, Chhavi stated that the loss of hearing is an extremely rare side effect of pregnancy. She also stated that she was under doctor’s supervision and that the issue would subside in a few days.

“I want my baby to know that working is good. It’s not good to be lazy at all. I want my baby to be hard working too. I don’t want my kid to be easy going and lazy. Whether a girl or a boy, the kid needs to work hard. Any kind of discomfort that I may be feeling just vanishes when I come to the office,” said Chhavi.

“If the health is fine and the doctor has given a green card, then exercising should not be an issue for the pregnant lady at all. I, in fact, ran as exercise during the first few months of my pregnancy. It’s always good for your fitness.” the actress added.
