She said that he had allegedly grabbed her by her arms and pushed her around. She even said that he had even asked the choreographers to move aside so that he could show her how to dance.

“Everyone knows about Nana Patekar that he has always been disrespectful towards women. People in the industry know about his background… that he has beaten actresses, he has molested them, his behaviour with women has always been crude but no publication has printed anything about it,” she told.

Well, the song was choreographed by  Ganesh Acharya. While, Nana is yet to open up on these allegations. But, Ganesh Acharya has opened up on the incident.

While talking to News 18, Ganesh said, “First of all, it’s a very old incident so I can’t really recall everything very clearly. But it was a duet song as far as I remember. Something did happen that day because the shooting was also stalled for over three hours. There was some sort of misunderstanding. But I can confirm that nothing this sort of happened.”

Not just this, Ganesh Acharya went on to defend Nana Patekar and said, “He’s a very sweet person, he can never do that. He is very helpful and he has actually helped a lot of artistes in the industry, he can never do anything like that.”

In response to Ganesh’s claims Tanushree said, “He is a bloody liar and a two faced person. He got the job because of me and he decided to back stab me, of course he will support him(Nana Patekar) as he was equally complicit in the harassment.”

Calling the veteran actor a “pawn” in the entire scenario, Dutta alleged, “He’s not the end goal of this discussion. He’s the reason why this discussion started. I want the industry to ban these people from working just to set an example for others. You can’t get away with this behaviour. My fight is not with Nana Patekar or Ganesh Acharya. I don’t want them to work. I want them to suffer the consequences of their actions.”

Meanwhile, Tanushree Dutta debuted in 2005 film Aashiq Banaya Aapne, co-starring Emraan Hashmi and Sonu Sood. She starred in films like DholGood Boy, Bad Boy and Apartment, which was her last onscreen appearance.
